# I couldn't join the online interview

Empregare does not host the video call. The **Virtual Room** page shows the tool chosen by the company (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp) and the **Join the virtual room** button, which opens the company's link.

## How to join

1. Open the invitation from your email or from the [Dashboard](https://rockinrio.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/painel) and log into your account.
2. Close to the scheduled time, tap **Join the virtual room**.
3. Follow the instructions of the company's tool, via browser or its app.

Joining the room also confirms your attendance.

## Common issues

- **The room link is not ready yet.** Refresh the page again close to the scheduled time.
- **Waiting for entry to be granted.** In most tools, the interviewer accepts each person, and Empregare does not control this waiting. Wait a few minutes; if no one accepts, notify the company via the invitation message or their contact.
- **The link leads to another page** (a form or the job listings page). The room address is provided by the company: notify the company and open a support ticket with a screenshot.
- **Teams asks for a different account.** Join as a guest, with your name, or use the browser.

## I missed the interview

Rescheduling is the company's decision. Explain what happened and request a new date through their channels.
