This support rests with EMPREGARE.com, the résumé registration software company. Doubts concerning the selection process should be addressed to the company itself.

Résumé registration and updating

Once you have completed your initial registration with your personal details, email and password, the system sends you a confirmation that your details have been successfully registered. However, you will need to complete the registration with your résumé details.

On the candidate dashboard you can see the existing information and how your résumé looks.

Our selection processes are 100% computerized. To include your résumé in our talent pool, you must register on the system.

This is for your benefit, so that whenever you have updates you don’t need to visit the company to deliver a new résumé, just log onto the system and enter the update.

No! Every registration made on our system is free of charge.

Yes, as each time you click “Save” the information entered will be saved on our system. This way, you can complete your registration at any time.

Remember that a properly completed résumé stands more chance in the job market. If you are unsure how to complete your résumé or update the information, please follow the guidelines by clicking here

Access your dashboard using your login/password on the home page under "Candidate Login" After logging on click "My résumé" in the top menu of your dashboard. Then in each field you want to change/update, click “Edit” Always remember to click “Save” afterwards to keep the information.

If you also do not remember your password or no longer have access to the email on file, click here to request a new password. You can change your password through a link in your email or change your password using a questionnaire.

Applications for positions

When you apply for a job, the system automatically sends you an email confirming your application with the job title.

In addition, by accessing your candidate dashboard you can check the “Applications” menu for the positions you are applying for in the selection process.

If you have not received this email, please check the following information:

if your email was registered correctly;
if your mailbox is full;
if you chose an anti-spam tool offered by your internet provider, in this case, unlock the emails with extension @@empregare.com and @@nameofthecompany with whom you registered.

All job information is already contained in the advertisements themselves.

If you would like additional information about the status of the information, you should contact the company via the telephone numbers on its website and ask for Human Resources.

Yes! To execute this procedure you will have two options:

Option 1:

Go to your candidate dashboard and then click “Applications”.

Clicking on “Applications” will show all the jobs you have applied for. For each position you will have the option to “Delete Application”.

Option 2:

Having logged onto the candidate dashboard, go to the job board and search for the job you have applied for. After clicking on the position, you will have the option to “Delete Application”.

Security, privacy and other information

Your résumé will be active in the system for an indefinite period. Remember to keep it up to date at all times. If you wish to delete your account, go to the candidate dashboard, click on “Settings” and then “Delete Account”.

Yes you can, by putting your résumé on the invisible privacy level. Companies will not have access to it, but you can apply for the jobs you wish. To change your privacy level, go to your candidate dashboard, click on “My Résumé” and the privacy level will appear below your personal data.

We use high levels of security in our database and files, with global redundancy and disaster control.

This registration page has a 2048-bit SSL encryption certificate.

Access your account using the login and password, click on “Settings” and then “Delete Account”.

The deadline for replying is within 48 business hours from receiving your email.

Our reply will be via email and a call generated by you, so always check your junk email, spam and your mailbox to monitor our reply. It is also very important that you register your phone number and Area Code if we need to contact you with any questions.
