Our mission is to connect candidates from all over the world with companies that use our system to publicize and manage their selection processes.

Doing this with transparency of what and how your data is used by companies is extremely important. For this reason, we value and respect this information.

By using our services, you consent to the use of your data in accordance with this Privacy and Data Use Policy.


We are a recruitment and selection software (ATS and Job Board) where candidates register their résumé and apply for job vacancies offered by companies client in order to be found by companies to participate in selection processes.

Our registered users (candidates) share their information or professional identities, find job opportunities and sign up for them, making their data available for companies in search of a professional to fill in a job opportunity, to contact the candidate.

Considering that Software bridges the gap between companies and candidates, the candidate's data is filled in by themselves and made available for the companies.

1. What types of information do we collect?

  • Initial Registration

    To be a part of our database, you must initially complete an initial registration with information that will make your registration up, they are:

    • Name
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
    • Country, State and City
    • If you are from Brazil, we request your CPF
    • Contact numbers
    • Email
    • Password
  • Personal data

    Address and marital status of the candidate are also a part of this field, in addition to the information above.

  • Social networks

    The candidate can decide whether or not to register their social networks, knowing that if they do, these data will be available for companies to access them.

  • Curricular Information

    Data regarding training, professional experiences, courses, languages and their levels, digital skills, area of expertise.

  • Additional Information

    Data regarding availability to travel or move for the job position, driver’s license, if you own a vehicle and information about children.

  • Tests, questionnaires, attachments and video presentation

    The companies advertising job vacancies may request additional information in the form of tests, questionnaires, video presentation and the attachment of files. When filling in these information, the results will automatically be available for the company that advertises the job vacancies.

2. What do you do with your information

When registering all the information available in item 1 shown above, the candidate will be able to register for the vacancies and make this information available for the companies advertising job vacancies or export their resume to Word or PDF in standard format to be sent to the companies.

3. What do others do with your information?

When registering for vacancies or having your resume made available for companies search, companies will be able to access all of your registered data and to your resume, except your CPF (if you are from Brazil) and password.

This information and test results are and may only be used by client companies for the purpose of selection processes. These information will be saved in the database of the companies you participated in the selection process and shared with the people responsible for the analysis and selection.

4. How do we use this information?

The way we use your data depends on how you have set and chosen to organize your privacy policy presented in item 6 of our privacy policy.

When registering for job vacancies or having your resume available for companies to search, companies may have access to the data that is part of the resume.

In the case of Brazil your CPF is used only for the purpose of validating the authenticity of the registration and not allowing duplication, this number is not shared with the company contracting our service.

The passwords are responsibility of the candidate (user) and we do not make it available to any of our customers.

5. When is this information shared?

This information is shared when the candidate signs up for job vacancies and is made available on the company's panel so that recruiters can make their assessment analysis.

They are also shared when recruiters want to share their information with job seekers via an access link.

6. How do I manage or disable information about me?

In your panel you can choose how you want to use our account and make your data available through our resume privacy levels, they are:

  • a. Public

    Complete resume is visible to all companies advertising in our website when they perform their searches.

  • b. Private

    Your contact details are only available when registering for job vacancies or prior request by companies advertising job vacancies. Only your first name, age, city and resume data will appear.

  • c. Invisible

    Your resume will not be found by companies and you will not receive any alerts from our system, either by email or through our applications. Companies will only have access to your information on job vacancies you apply for. has clients from public and private agencies from which its processes are audited and the information needs to be maintained and recorded. If the CANDIDATE wants to deactivate their account and their access to the WEBSITE, he can do so by accessing the candidate area and in settings click on "deactivate account". By doing this, the CANDIDATE agrees:

a) That your resume information and contact details will no longer be available in new searches by companies.

b) That the information on your resume, except for the contact details, will be visible to all the companies you applied for in any job vacancy, thus preserving the internal audit processes and indicators of the companies.

c) In the case of item b, of this same clause, reserves the right to keep your resume information in its database for an indefinite period and the candidate agrees and is now aware that due to the audit processes and indicators we can not delete all your information.

d) The CANDIDATE is aware that he / she will no longer receive information by e-mail of any job vacancy related to his / her profile, including information on vacancies that were already registered.

7. How do we respond to court requests or prevent damage?

We may access, retain and share your information in response to your support requests on our service channels or in response to a court order (such as a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we believe it is an act in good faith that the law enforcement forces us to do that.

This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside the United States when we believe it is an act in good faith that the response is required by law in the jurisdiction in question, concerns users in the jurisdiction in question and complies with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, retain and share information when we believe it is an act in good faith that this is necessary to: detect, prevent and resolve fraud or other illegal activities; protect ourselves, our Services, you and others, including as part of investigations; or prevent imminent death or personal injury. For example, we may transmit information to external partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud and abuse within and outside of our Services.

We may also retain information from deactivated accounts to prevent further abuse or violations of our terms.

8. How do our global services operate? may share the information on your resume and test results with a group of partner companies, customers or third parties according to the purposes described in this policy. Information collected within the European Economic Area ("EEA"), for example, may be transferred to countries outside the EEA for the purposes described in this policy.

We use standard contractual clauses and in accordance with the European Data Privacy Commission to legitimize data transfers from the EEA to Brazil and other countries.
